Tests whether an atom is aliphatic.

Usage

is.aliphatic(atom)

Arguments

atom: The atom to test

Value

`TRUE` is the atom is aliphatic, `FALSE` otherwise

Details

This assumes that the molecule containing the atom has been appropriately configured.
